We attach special importance to the sophisticated control and continuous monitoring of product, process and environmental quality in our company. From model making to final assembly of the complete tool, careful control using modern measuring techniques is a matter of course. Our measuring equipment uses the latest planimetry software and is linked to our CAD department.The art of craftsmanship comes into its own when manufacturing unique pieces. Visual inspection is absolutely essential here. Experienced and highly qualifi ed engravers can already spot annoying cuts or radii on models with textured surfaces. These are immediately reworked manually by skilled craftsmen, with meticulous attention to detail.
An FRT system is used to measure grain textures. This way, even the fi nest details of grain textures can be measured up to a length of 26 mm. This allows comparative measurements to be made between the wrapping model and the finished part to detect possible variances in the different production processes.
Process and environmental quality – responsible handling of resources
The technical properties of electrodeposited nickel and copper depend considerably on the deposition parameters, such as current density, bath additives, pH value and bath temperature.Our laboratory guarantees the optimum adjustment of the various parameters, with special attention being paid to analysing the organic composition of our bath solutions. It monitors the treatment and reduction of waste water and other waste, and continually contributes to the development of our products.
